My job is to be as thorough, as efficient and dedicated as possible, to help insure you that your home purchase will be the easiest and best experience possible for you. Since your home is probably one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make, I want to make sure it’s a wise one and one made where you clearly know and understand all the facts about the home your interested in as well as the area. I can’t insure that your equity will grow, but I will provide you with all the information necessary to project the future outcome.

A home isn’t just an investment, but a place where families grow and memories are made. That’s why, before you buy, I will disclose anything that I suspect might be wrong with the home before you even write your offer! I’ll guide you in regards to locations and projected construction nearby, and assist you through out the contract writing process and contract administration, always informing and always available for your questions. I handle the details that also includes making sure other professionals are doing their jobs such as inspectors, appraisers, title companies and lenders. These aren’t just words, but a statement of fact.

Whether selling or buying a home, you will receive full committed service going beyond your expectations and definitely beyond the standards. It’s always sad to hear of bad experiences that could have been avoided by a Realtor who paid attention to details, who had the knowledge of what needed to be done and what should have been done. I’ve taken a lot of these weary clients under my wing and helped solve their problems turning a bad situation into a pleasant resolution. Just because the agent is from a “major” company does not insure at all, that this agent is one who is knowledgeable and experienced.

We offer several innovative options for Sellers called the “Star Point System”. This is a system that lets the Seller finally be in charge and dictate what they want their agent to do for them as well as what commission rate will be paid!. Watch for copycats to appear soon as we’ve been watched and copied for over 15 years!

For Buyers, we have incentives too when it comes to buying a newly built or future built home. We also never charge for our expanded service for buyers. Most companies charge administrative fees, real estate compliance fees, retainer fees, fees for this and fees for that. At Dancing Star Realty, we never charge our buyers for our comprehensive service. Since the Sellers are paying our commission, we don’t feel we need to gouge our Buyers for any additional fees.

Please know that Dancing Star Realty was established through Biblical principals. I opened Dancing Star Realty over 15 years ago, dedicated it to my Lord and promised that whatever we do, will be reflected in our love for our Lord and will do everything we can to honor Him through our dedication, our actions, doing for others as we would want others to do for us. There’s no preaching, no witnessing, no trying to convert our clients however there is honor, responsibility, truthfulness, dedication and diligence presented to everyone we work with. We do this because this is the right thing to do and because of our love for our Lord.

We’re open from 8 am until 8 pm, 7 days a week. Rarely will you get voice mail but if you do, your call will be returned as quickly as possible. We are working for you…not the other way around!
