Additional Considerations
Should Listing Broker find a ready, willing and able purchaser to consummate the purchase of said home, commission rate will be reduced down to 4.25% saving you money!
Additional Incentives
If Seller is using Listing Broker for the purchase of a home that is priced at or greater than 50% the sales price of your home and commission on the home you are purchasing is at least 3.0%, Broker will rebate back 15% of the buy side commission!
For instance, should you be selling your home for $200,000 and purchasing a home for $300,000, you will receive back $1,350 at the Closing of your new home. Taking this rebate, this also relates to the commission rate on the sale of your current home as actually 4.31%!
