We have a home office concept so it is expected that your office is set up to be fully functional. There are no office fees or junk fees charged. We don't pass on ridiculous fees to our Buyers and Sellers either! Your monthly fee is minimum depending upon your experience and only a small percentage is taken from your commission to support Dancing Star Realty.

In exchange, Dancing Star Realty will provide you with your first sign, the contract software, additional addendums, free advertising in Homes Illustrated, free access at all times to our web site to input your listings and make necessary changes. We have a 24/7 Showing Coordinator at no charge to you, so that you will never miss a showing on your listings as our office never closes!!

Dancing Star Realty also has Virtual Tour equipment, Talking House, help with flyer design, and so much more. We have tech support plus a Graphic Artist to hire should you have that unique computer problem or property that needs special attention.
